Most people have heard of the three credit reporting bureaus, Equifax, Experian and TransUnion. On average the difference in scores between the highest and lowest, from the three bureaus, is 60 points. This is the result of the credit bureaus having different items on their report, which may be correct, incorrect or are not reported in full compliance with credit law. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and various consumer protection laws, credit reports should be correct and complete. However, over 70% of all credit reports contain some kind of error.

 

We at Money Talk with Kari work tirelessly to identify inaccurate, erroneous and duplicate items negatively affecting clients. With our team's experience and knowledge we dispute items based on compliance and facts. We take an in-depth look and design personalized strategies.

 

We will work with you to develop a personalized strategy and dispute inaccurate items with all three credit bureaus. We will write customized letters on your behalf. Within 35 days the bureaus will respond to you directly with your results. Each month we take a step further and also send you an Update that discusses your results along with suggestions for how to increase your score.

ALL CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE AND MAINTAIN THE REQUIRED CREDIT MONITORING SERVICE AT $24.99/MONTH.

1. As a client you will be required to keep the credit monitoring system that we use "Active" the entire time you are in our program. This is an additional $24.99. We need to be able to see the "3 Bureaus" reports in detail. This allows us to see what has been deleted, the current status of your scores, and update you. If you let your credit monitoring cancel, and do not update it in a timely fashion, you will be canceled as a client.

2. If you are in an active BANKRUPTCY, please DO NOT SIGN UP for our service. If your bankruptcy has been discharged or dismissed, you can continue to enroll.

3. If you are currently behind on your bills and cannot pay them on time for the next 6-8 months, please do not sign up for our services. We want you to get the most out of our services. Paying your bills late will hinder the process as well as hurt you regardless of our efforts.

4. Credit repair is a team effort. It is important to pay your bills on time, build/add positive credit and pay down your credit card balances. Also, unless completely necessary, do not apply for new lines of credit during the process. We check in monthly to see how things are going and keep you educated. We will discuss personalized plans and ask you to stick with them to rebuild your credit.

After your free consultation, you will be sent an invoice and payment link. Your letters will be prepared and sent off typically within 48 hours unless it is a holiday. Monthly payments start 30 days after your enrolment and are based on your anniversary date. * If your card is charged on the 13th of the month, your set payment date is the 13th of each month throughout your enrollment in the program.

  • WHAT IS A CREDIT AUDIT?
    Your audit is a comprehensive analysis of your credit profile, broken down into easy to understand, actionable segments. After reading your audit, you will understand all aspects of your credit profile, and you will also know how we are going to work together to increase your credit score. Your audit will include a complete description of each item on your credit report, both positive and negative, along with action steps that you should take to improve your credit profile and credit scores.
  • SHOULD I STAY ENROLLED IN YOUR MONITORING SERVICE?
    Yes, a 3 in 1 credit monitoring service is mandatory while you are enrolled in the program. We need access to your credit report at all times to track the progress. Without an active monitoring service, we cannot assist you.
  • HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE AND WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO SEE RESULTS?
    We cannot promise you a specific timeline, nor can I guarantee you results. If you work closely with me to follow credit best practices, we can ensure that you can achieve your credit goals. On average, it takes a minimum of 6 months to 1 year to reach your credit goals. Legitimate credit repair is not an overnight fix. It’s a PROCESS that takes time to do properly. Credit restoration requires TEAMwork (TEAM = Together Everyone Achieves More). Please follow the exclusive advice we give you to make this a smooth and successful process. Everyone’s situation is unique, and some graduate sooner than others. The important thing is making sure that your credit is repaired the right way so that you have a solid financial foundation for the future.
  • WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
    Under the Fair Credit Report Act, you have three days after initial enrollment to cancel. After the three days initial enrollment, you must give 30 days prior written notice before the 1st of the month or before the next billing date.
  • IS CREDIT REPAIR LEGAL?
    The Fair Credit Reporting Act gives you the right to dispute any misrepresentation on your credit reports. Consumer reporting agencies are required to correct or delete inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable information within 30 days of dispute.
